Scope of Services

Jensen Wash Company provides professional pressure washing and soft washing services including but not limited to:

• Driveway cleaning

• Roof cleaning

• Fence cleaning

• Deck cleaning

• Exterior surface washing

• Additional related services as agreed upon

Service Area

We provide services in Nashville, Tennessee and surrounding areas including Franklin, Nolensville, Brentwood, Forest Hills, Belle Meade, Smyrna, La Vergne, Green Hills, Thompson's Station, and Spring Hills.

Scheduling and Appointments

• Service appointments will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times

• We offer an on-time guarantee for all scheduled services

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the service location and requirements

• Ensure reasonable access to areas requiring service

• Secure or remove fragile items from areas to be cleaned

• Inform us of any special conditions or requirements before service begins

Service Guarantees

We are committed to customer satisfaction and professional service. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

• We accept various payment methods including credit cards and electronic payments. NO CHECKS

• Invoices not paid within the specified timeframe may incur late fees

• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee

• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control

Liability and Limitations

• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services

• While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Property Access and Safety

• You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services

• We prioritize safety and may decline to perform services we deem unsafe or that could potentially damage property

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Tennessee.
